ZeroTech Optics recently showcased its new 1-8 x 24 mm Vengeance LPVO scope. Low-power, variable optics (LPVO) are a specialized class of riflescope that can combine the quickness of shooting with a red-dot sight in addition with ability to zoom in on targets that lie further away like a traditional riflescope.

The new ZeroTech Vengeance LPVO has an 8X zoom level and is built around a standard 30 mm maintube and a series of multi-coated optical lenses. This optic employs ZeroTech’s second-focal-plane illuminated MOA RAR (Rapid Acquisition Reticle). Its ¾-segmented circle and central aiming point are illuminated in conjunction with the primary horizontal and vertical stadia lines which are marked with 2- and 4-MOA hash marks for ranging and bullet-drop compensation. ZeroTech makes these LPVOs available in flat dark earth or black.

The Vengeance LPVO has several use cases that suit a wide variety of shooting applications. Tactical shooters have the chance to snap on target on 1X, and reach out with confidence on 8X. Similarly, competition shooters can take advantage to negotiate close up or further targets across stages. Finally, the versatility of an LPVO is handy for hunters.
