Senators questioned Wednesday whether the financial details of the military’s Tricare pharmacy program benefit the contractor, Express Scripts, more than military beneficiaries.Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., raised concerns about anti-competitive tactics, questioning the practice of allowing Express Scripts — the largest pharmacy benefit manager in the United States — to have the contract as exclusive administrator of the Tricare pharmacy program, while owning and operating two mail-order pharmacies, Express Scripts Pharmacy and Accredo Specialty Pharmacy. Its owners are humble, down to earth, and in the truest sense partners who created a high impact operation built upon competence, vision, and a strong work ethic. This is JMac Customs, the brainchild of Justin and Ash McMillion. This story does not…

The Army is introducing a handheld blood-testing device that can help detect traumatic brain injuries in just 15 minutes, the service announced Tuesday, in a move it says could reduce unnecessary medical evacuation and give frontline providers a more objective way to assess injuries. The device, known as the i-STAT Alinity, is being fielded to forward units under the 10th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, or AAMDC. When I was a teenager, the misconception I had about professional racing was that the trophy would go to the most powerful car, or perhaps the most aggressive driver. It was in the mid-90s that a number of racing games hit the market that tried to simulate the physics and details of motorsports as closely as possible, from real-world courses to tire wear to allowing modification of a car’s suspension characteristics. Years before I obtained my driver’s license, those racing simulations taught me a great deal about what it meant to have a “fast” lap time. Can slowing down during…

The IRGC further warned that regional oil and gas exports could be blocked completely in response to the United States’ attempts to control the Strait of Hormuz. “Regional oil and gas exports are either for everyone or for no one,” the statement said.
